It’s always fun going away; however, it’s always good to come back home. Yes, I have a lot of work waiting for me tomorrow. However, I’m glad to be back home.
The traffic was not all that bad for the first half of the trip but it really got busy after hitting Indianapolis. I finally got off of 65 and came home the rest of the way up 41.
The conference was good and well run. I look forward to next year’s. The nice thing is that Chicago is hosting next year at the Drake Hotel so it won’t be a long commute at all. I’ll figure out transportation there and back so that I won’t have to pay an arm and a leg to park my car at the hotel next year. Parking this year in the public garage was $100. Yikes.
