After my 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 Noon Masses today, I locked and alarmed the church, went over the house, packed up a few essentials such as my medications, and left for the week for retreat.
Priests, deacons, and religious brothers and sisters are required to make a retreat annually. This gives us the opportunity to take a week away from our regular responsibilities to rest and pray. I plan on getting ample amounts of both accomplished this week! 🙂
