Two great feasts today. This morning, we celebrated the Feast of St. Maximilian Mary Kolbe and this evening the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. They really are intertwined as well since Kolbe founded the Knights of the Immaculata, dedicating themselves to following the example of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The feasts made up for the weather which is still killing me. My back feels so brittle and my knees are screaming for their mommy. I just say, “Be quiet”, and hope that they will listen to me. 🙂
