Oh my gosh . . . the humidity is doing a real number to my arthritis. My back has been so sore for a couple of weeks now. This is the time of year that my back really gives me problems. My mom gave me many things in my life and most of those were welcome. However, she also gave me some of her health history, particularly osteoarthritis. Ouch, ouch, ouch.
I have gone back to taking Tylenol on a somewhat regular basis each day just to ease the pain. I find it particularly bad when I try to get into my car. When I sit down and semi-twist into the seat, well, let me tell you, the pain is exquisite and not in a good way. Yeouch
