This weekend is finance report weekend. This morning, I met with the Parish Pastoral Council and gave them the finance report. They signed off on it and we will be sending it to the diocese next week.
Now, I get five opportunities to share our finances with the parishioners. Talking about money is probably my least favorite thing to do but it’s important. After all, the parishioners are the major stakeholders in the working of the parish and without their contributions, we couldn’t do what we do. Hence, they deserve to know how their contributions are being handled.
We have very generous people and I hope that they are happy with what they hear.
