Oh boy. I slept last night. I mean, really slept.
I tucked into my recliner around 8:30 p.m. The next thing I knew, it was 3:30 a.m. The next thing I knew after that was it was 6:30 a.m.
The sleep felt SO good after a restless couple of days.
My leg is still speaking to me at times throughout the day (and night), but not too bad. I think I’m on the mend. I just need to make sure that I don’t push myself and overdo anything.
Rest when you need, folks. Recharging those ol’ batteries is so very important.
