My crazy weekend and sinus fight continued through today. I was up at 4:00 a.m., actually getting up a couple minutes before my alarm could go off. I had the two early Masses and appeared after Communion at the 10:00 a.m. Mass to bless a couple who had celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. Go Carole and Joseph! ♥
After the Noon Mass, one of the deacons had two baptisms so I had to wait until the family left so that I could lock and alarm the church. I got to the house a little after 2:00 p.m. and have been semi-comatose since. 🙂
Tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. will be our Memorial Day Mass and then the day is free. For me, it will mean doing my best to remain low-key and try to rest. This weather is beating me up.
Wednesday is graduation for our 8th grade class and Thursday morning is early dismissal for the remainder of the school on our last day of school.
