I don’t know who’s going to win, Mother Nature or the people. We have been having some knock out, drag down storms the past couple of days. Each time there is a lull in the weather, people try to blow off more fireworks. Personally, I think Mother Nature is going to win. There has been incredible flooding, predictions for more winds and rain, a few communities who have already announced that they are not even going to reschedule their fireworks this year but, rather, wait for next year.
If I were much younger, I would be really disappointed. Now, at nearly 62, I’m one of the people saying, “Can’t they stop the damn noise already!” 🙂
