Long Day – Great Evening

Okay, here’s the deal.  I’m beat.  I know some of you are probably tired of hearing that; but, I’m beat nonetheless. 🙂

You might agree with me after seeing my schedule for today:

  • 7:30 a.m. Stewardship Meeting
  • 8:30 a.m. Morning Mass
  • 9:00 a.m. Pastoral Council Meeting
  • 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass
  • 3:30 p.m. Confessions
  • 5:30 p.m. Speak at the Mass for CSA
  • 6:30 p.m. Gym for Volunteer Appreciation Dinner
  • 8:20 p.m. Typing this blog post
  • 8:45 p.m. Sitting in my recliner to sleep for the night

Tomorrow I have to wake up early because I have to talk at the 6:30 and 8:00 a.m. Masses for the CSA (Catholic Services Appeal — some call it “Can’t Stop Asking”) and then I am the celebrant for the 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 Noon Masses.  After the Masses, I plan on visiting my aunt and then coming back to the house and seriously crashing.  I won’t do anything else until Monday morning!

Tonight’s dinner was absolutely scrumptious and a lot of fun.  Thanks so much to Elaine Herrmann and her committee for another fun year!  I thought you might like to see my souvenir from the photo booth:
