The stakes are getting higher. Illinois has extended their stay-at-home order until the end of May. Governor Holcomb has indicated that he still plans on allowing some businesses to come off of stay-at-home May 1st.
We live on the very northwest corner of Indiana. Our next door neighbor is Illinois. It seems kind of crazy for me to think that viruses obey state lines and that Indiana doesn’t need to worry about remaining in place while Illinois says the worst might yet be coming.
I’m concerned about what will happen when we all go back to “business as usual”. I guess we’ll find out when it happens. But, that doesn’t mean that I can’t be nervous about the whole thing.
