As many other pastors of all denominations, I have been worried about our finances. Our contributions are only about half of what they once were. Our expenses, on the other hand, are pretty much the same. I know that there are many parishioners who want to contribute but cannot because their circumstances have changed and they are doing without right now. I am praying for all of you.
For myself, though, I am not quite as worried at present. We are going to be all right. As a matter of fact, we are going to be MORE than all right. I will have money to help out all those in need as soon as I respond to an email.
It seems that someone in Holland has reached out to me and wants to grant me $5 million from her rich late husband’s estate. Can you imagine how lucky I am? All I need to do is contact her and she will put me in touch with her lawyer.
If this were one of those many scams from Nairobi, I would have been suspicious. But this is from Holland. It must be legit. ?????
