This morning, the skies looked sort of foreboding, although there was no rain in the forecast. The skies were mostly overcast all day. But I’ll take an overcast day at sea over other things. 🙂

After I woke up and left the room (post picture above), I went to the Windjammer. That is Royal Caribbean’s buffet. There, I met someone. Internet, meet Edmar. Edmar, meet the internet.

Edmar came up to me and said, “Excuse me. Do you remember me.” He thought he knew me but wasn’t sure if I was the same guy he remembered. I said, “Edmar!” He was the assistant table server on the Quantum of the Seas when I took my Alaska cruise last year. It was good to catch up with him and hear how things are doing.
He is looking forward to going overseas. This is the second-to-last Bahamas cruise that the Explorer of the Seas is doing before it does a transatlantic to Europe.
When I came back to the room, my stateroom attendant had struck again. This time a washcloth animal, a penguin.

This is the clearest that the skies got today. It only lasted for an hour but, as I said earlier, that was no both to me. The day was gloriously relaxing!

I went to the show ton ight to see Scotty Cavanaugh, juggler and comedian. He always does a great job.
Tomorrow is our second sea day before Coco Cay on Friday.
Now, there’s just one thing left to do. Hit the sack.
g’night
