I had a nice relaxing day at the Hampton Inn & Suites Port Canaveral and I am so ready for tomorrow to come around so that I can board the Utopia of the Seas.
This afternoon, I received a push notification that I could complete my online check in by filling out the medical questionnaire on the app. When I did so, I received my new boarding pass with “Expedited Boarding” on it. This is something that Royal Caribbean does for customers that have everything already complete, i.e., credit card linked to account, passport linked to account, picture on account, and medical questionnaire complete. When I get to the terminal, I go to the expedited line and show my boarding pass and passport and, voila, that’s it.
The cruise will be from tomorrow to Friday morning and by the evening I will be back in Munster and ready to get to work again. But I’m not ready yet. I still have a week to vacation. 🙂
