Went to the doctor this morning for a checkup/follow up from a previous appointment. At the last appointment, my blood sugars were beginning to rise a bit too much and he determined that one of my medications had quit functioning as it should. He told me that often happens. Hoping to keep from having to begin injecting myself with insulin, he put me on another medication.
Lo and behold, the new med is helping. My blood sugars dropped really well. We’re hoping that this trend continues.
Next appointment, six months.
