Yep. I’m “retired” but through that new stuff out today as I returned to one of the “olds”. Every Wednesday, I used to go to breakfast with Deacon Joe after the 6:30 a.m. Mass. He would deacon the 6:30 a.m. Mass and I had the 8:30 a.m. Mass. So breakfast was a time to settle back and share some fellowship before he got on his way with his day and I got back for the 8:30 a.m. Mass.
Today, I met up with Deacon Joe and well as Deacon Napoleon and his wife for breakfast at our hangout, Sophia’s in Highland.
It was nice to meet up with them.
Fellowship is always important, even if it means setting an alarm clock. 🙂
