I had a funeral Mass this morning. After the funeral, I had to go to a diocesan meeting for this year’s diocesan fund drive. As lunch was being served, I received a phone call from the social security administration about my recent application. They had a couple of questions for me, including when I wanted to begin receiving social security.
Long story short, I will receive a notice from them shortly about my monthly benefit and within the next two weeks will receive payment for January & February. On the fourth Wednesday of April, I will receive my payment for March and then will be on a regular monthly payment schedule.
I’m officially “old”. 🙂
