Fourth Day Of Retreat – Coming To An End

Well, today is the last full day of my annual retreat.  Tomorrow morning, I’ll be at the 7:30 a.m. Mass, eat breakfast at 8:10 a.m., and be on the road no later than 10:00 a.m.  Hopefully, more like 9:30 a.m.

We’ll stop in Terre Haute at a Chinese Buffet that has become our favorite lunch stop on the way home and then the next stop (except for possible potty breaks) will be back home, Fr. Brian to Highland and me to Munster.

Our last dinner was back at The Overlook in Leavenworth.  It really is a great restaurant, dependable meals, and really decent pricing.  Some of the recipes have survived a few different owners and go back to the 1940’s.

I’m hoping for good weather to drive home in.  I’m hearing about the possibility of thunderstorms tomorrow.  We’ll see what we get.

Still praying for all of you.
